Where products are marked as "Road Legal" riders must have a current driving licence, carry the correct Motoring Insurance and vehicle should be registered with the DVLA.

All other products sold on this website should not be ridden on public roads.

Riders should always wear a safety helmet and other safety equipment.

Adult supervision should be given at all times. Misusing these petrol powered vehicles can be dangerous & serious injury or death is possible.

Please take adequate safety precautions to avoid injuring yourself or others.

Seller will not be liable for any mishaps or injuries resulting from user misuse, not wearing the proper protective equipment or in a race environment.
